What does the Parish Council do?
The Clerk's normal working hours are 10:00 to 14:00 Monday to Friday. All emails are normally acknowledged with 24 hours with the exception of any emails received on a Friday afternoon, over the weekend and Bank Holidays when emails are acknowledged the next normal working day.
Weldon Parish Council meet once a month with the exception of August, usually on the first Monday of the month in the village hall annex at 7pm.
However under the current circumstances the meetings are being held via Zoom.
The next Full Parish Council Meeting which was due to take place on Monday 4th January 2021 has been postponed until Tuesday 12th January 2021, at 7pm.
Details of how to join the meetings using Zoom are on the Agendas which are posted on the Parish Council's website - http://weldonparishcouncil.org/ or by contacting the Clerk on 07825 025 210 or by email at email@example.com.
all are encouraged to attend the meeting, especially to email the Parish Clerk voicing your opinions and concerns by Tuesday morning, so she has time to collate information in time for the full Parish council meeting in the evening.
They discuss current issues affecting the parish, planning applications, crime statistics and any financial transactions that have taken place over the previous month.
The public are welcome to attend these meetings.

This will ne done in accordance with the Councils data protection policy which can be found on the Council's website. The policy summarises your rights, including your right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Please note that all emails to be circulated to the village by the Parish Council will be "closed emails. In other words, no recipient of an email will be able to see the name or email address of any other recipient of that email.
